Please Note : ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL ! - You will receive an invoice via email for your final total. - We DO NOT offer refunds but we do offer transfers if you shall cancel your event for any reason. - NO RAIN CHECKS Once Equipment Is Delivered. - $100 Incidental FEE is due at the time of booking THIS DOES NOT GO TOWARDS YOUR BALANCE! but will be refunded back to you within 48 hours upon successful inspection of equipment at pick up. - We will arrive an hour before your event to set up ! - $1/Per Mile For delivery from storage location 7011 W130th St Parma Ohio
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ OUR RULES AND POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL ! $100 security deposit paid at booking is used to secure your date and cover equipment costs in the event an item(s) gets broken or gets excessively dirty ! THIS DEPOSIT DOES NOT GO TOWARDS YOUR PLAY PACKAGE OR DELIVERY FEE. If the rules below are being followed you will receive 100% of your deposit back within 48 Hours After Your Event. There should be no food,drinks,candy, cake etc inside of the play area. Shoes should remain off as the children play on equipment. We DO NOT offer refunds‼️ We do offer transfers if you shall cancel your event for any reason you have up to a 1 year to reschedule with the same deposit ! NO RAIN CHECKS Once Equipment Is Delivered. Please book the exact time that your party starts. Allow An Hour before your event for staff to Set-up Equipment.
